Silver.Spoon is back with another guerilla dining event – an unconventional, ethereal restaurant where chefs, menus, venues, and themes come together for a single event before disbanding to reappear again elsewhere in various permutations.
Fabian Moraga from Stockholm will design and cook a series of CO2 minimal dishes ranging in size from an appetizer to small main dish for an affordable 55-65 kr each. The event is a la carte with “package deals” and has no set seating times.
